State Enterprise Central Control Room
InControl delivered a turnkey central control room for the cut-tobacco production division of a Thai state enterprise, covering system design, equipment supply, installation and commissioning under a public procurement contract. The system was handed over on the contracted completion date and formally accepted by the client's inspection committee. InControl was subsequently awarded the annual maintenance contract for the site's manufacturing execution system.
Hyperscale Data Centre BMS & PMS
As specialist controls integrator to the main contractor, InControl delivered the Building Management System (BMS) and Power Management System (PMS) for a large hyperscale data centre in Thailand, covering mechanical and electrical monitoring, alarm management and integration of the facility's critical systems. Currently in commissioning.
Data Centre ODC Hub BMS
InControl provided the Building Management System for a data-centre ODC hub, engaged through a leading engineering contractor. The system was designed, built and factory-acceptance-tested (FAT) in 2026, delivering centralised monitoring and control of the facility's mechanical and electrical plant.
Hyperscale Data Centre BMS & PMS - Second Campus
Building on earlier data-centre delivery, InControl was awarded a further hyperscale data-centre package covering BMS and PMS integration, reinforcing our track record in mission-critical environments where uptime, redundancy and precise environmental control are essential.
Beverage Can Plant SCADA & OEE
Won on competitive tender, InControl replaced the legacy control system on a beverage can manufacturer's production lines with an Ignition Perspective platform integrated with Sepasoft MES for OEE and downtime tracking. Scope covered functional design specification, tag migration from the legacy system, operator interface design and on-site engineering. The system entered service at the plant in early 2026.
Cement Plant MES & OEE Platform
For a major Thai cement producer, InControl built a Sepasoft MES and OEE platform spanning kiln, raw mill, cement mill and utilities. Modules covered performance dashboards, track and trace, production planning, raw mix and fuel design, CO2 emissions reporting, machine condition and downtime analysis. The platform extended a system InControl had already delivered at another of the group's works.
Power Plant Performance Dashboard
InControl engineered a real-time monitoring dashboard for an industrial power plant, configuring an Ignition gateway with approximately 1,200 tags and implementing thermodynamic calculation functions together with daily, monthly and annual performance reporting. Scope included user requirement surveys, graphic design and programming, and on-site user acceptance testing.
Food Processing SCADA & Sustainability Monitoring
InControl supplied, engineered and installed an Ignition SCADA system across five production lines at an international food processor's plant, including PLC and industrial network cabinets, with staged acceptance testing and commissioning. The engagement has since extended to utility and sustainability monitoring across additional plants for the same group.
